Hi kikibak, I have just read your email because I have been away for a week to attend to a personal matter. I have responded to it, too. I am glad that you have called my attention to it. But I do advise you that before you make such a sweeping accusation against me or my work, please have the professional attitude of waiting for the response of the target of your complaint. Like any other writer, I have received good and bad feedback on some of my work, but none of which have accused me of re-selling content that I and some of my partners have written because I SIMPLY DON'T. Okay, I have gone over the blog where the copied content was posted. http://technologytricks.blogspot.com and I saw that the body of the article entitled "The Affiliation Practices of Internet Webmasters" is an exact copy of the body of the article I sent to you titled "Web Master Affiliate Program". Obviously, the owner of that blog copied the article verbatim but made a different title. I will be getting into the bottom of this. I have replied to your email but if you want to go public with this, so be it. I dont own this board, and you have the freedom to do whatever you want.

You don't know where I'm coming from? I purchased UNIQUE content that was agreed not to be reproduced. It WAS reproduced. You did not discover this or inform me of it, and you never would have. I happened to stumble upon the reproduction. I contacted you and you told me someone else "obviously" had just taken it from my site and it wasn't you. Well, that didn't stick sense I had not even published it yet. Sure enough, the story changes, and it was someone who "works for you," although no third party was previously mentioned (nor agreed upon). My motive in making that post? Your previous reply made it sound like you were entirely innocent, and implied that you were not responsible. Guess what? You ARE responsible. You ARE responsible for your employees. And yes, I want a refund.

The responses I made to your posts in this thread were made only in defense to the already very judgmental and damaging statements that you have made. I have dealt with other clients' complaints, but luckily for me, they have the more mature approach of dealing with it in the most diplomatic and civil manner. Yes, you will get a refund of the whole amount. You will get it. No problem.
