First of all, I'm not thinking of selling this site now, until next PR update. But I'd like to know the value as is now.
    The site is www.jstracker.com
It offers many tools for webmasters, all custom coded
The main tool being the online users tracker is very popular, as you can see from the member sites that are active any moment http://www.jstracker.com/sites.php

The main value I see in this site is the search engine rankings.
    Some examples:

    - 3rd at google for: see users online out of 255 million pages check
    - 4th at google for: javascript show users out of 52 million pages check
    - 7th at google for: users online out of 832 million pages (the first 7 results are for different suggested terms) check
    - 9th on google for: online counter out of 178 million pages check
    - 3rd on google for: users online counter out of 36 million pages check
    - 4th on google for: online users counter out of 61 million pages check
    - 5th on google for: javascript users online out of 46 million pages check
    - 3rd on google for: user online javascript out of 89 million pages check
    - 1st on google for: users online tracker out of 2 million pages check
    - 2nd on google for: users tracker out of 30 million pages check

    and many others.

Also, the site has developed tens of thousands of backlinks, ranking from pr0 to pr7
    Google: 18 (awaiting backlink update)
    MSN: 2,681
    Yahoo!: 21,882
    AllTheWeb: 10,200

Also, the site is receiving between 15,000-20,000 unique users and 50,000 hits per day from people surfing sites who use the counter.
    Stats: http://www.jstracker.com/temp/index.html
It receives around 100 uniques per day on the site itself as per statcounter. 84% of them are new visitors as per statcounter.

It receives a few adsense clicks every now and then with high click values, but not much to talk about compared to its popularity.

My question is, I need an honest valuation of this site as is and on thought of how to monetize its popularity both amongst users and search engines.

actually these keywords are not useless because I got them from the search engine traffic logs. they are what brings me the traffic.

Tricky one ... I'm guessing it doesn't earn much from adsense?

Which means it will depend on your PR rating, which if it goes to 5 or 6 could earn you a decent amount from text links.

I'm not used to determining sites based on their traffic, It's not always based on PR or income, if the traffic is there and it's steady, you should be able to get a good amount for it.

You should be milking those counter links like Statcounter does. People are putting JS on their page for you -- why not include a link back to your site? Even if you choose the invisible Statcounter method, the code they provide to paste in still includes (noscript) tags that link back to Statcounter.com with varying link text.

actually they have what you mentioned. this is what gave these 40k backlinks.
    I have pr7, some pr6, many pr5 and pr4s linking back.

Ah sorry, I checked one site (hipandpop) and did not see any backlinks with your JS.

As far as monetizing, there just isn't a lot you can do with 100 true uniques per day when they are simply there to use a free service.

yea i actually contacted that site because they didn't comply with the counter code. Awaiting an answer or I'll ban them from its use.

Well still thinking about more monetizing ideas.
