Buying Need an offshore vps with this configuration...

    Hi,
    I am looking for an offshore VPS with the configuration:
    RAM: At least 512 MB with 512 MB SWAP
    HDD: At least 100 GB
    Bandwidth: At least 1000 GB but preferred unlimited.
    CPU clock should be 1 GHz
    Also please tell me what else do you offer with the VPS.
    I am expecting one for no more than $20 and I need it as soon as possible, please PM me if you can provide one or you provide customized VPS.

    both are unmanaged, so if you have any windows issues you are on your own.

    Buyurl.com is cheaper and faster, but they do not budget into their price service, so don't expect any except the bare minimum
    websiteserviceplus.com - is a little more expensive, slower, but the service is good
