need an official video intro for my web

    Hello every one
    I am starting a yellow pages website
    name as Tubeem - Yellow Pages
    and I need an video commerical for it of just 15 - 30 seconds
    a commercial should be of vector graphics
    I have tried my self to create it but I was faulted in that :(
    is there any one who can help me
