Need an Internet Marketing/SEO site designed!

Hello DP Members,

I am looking for someone to design me a very simple but elegant looking website that will serve as the hub for my internet marketing and SEO consultation service. I will be writing most of the content, I just need it designed and programmed. Here is a basic breakdown of the site.

Main - the "sales page"
About - An about page, nothing more than a few pics and whatever I write
Contact - Simple contact info
Free Quote - The user will fill out a simple form, and when they hit submit, it will email to a specific address
Services - Lists out static services and prices

I already have a nice logo, and I would like the site designed around the color scheme.

This is just a rough idea. I would prefer if we could discuss it further over an IM client. I prefer using gtalk, msn, or skype.

Please PM or list here quotes on price (i understand that it wont be set in stone) and estimated time to complete it.
