Need an image uploading script with these features

    Hey all, im in search of an image upload script with the following features:

    URL and standard upload.
    Able to upload pictures in a ZIP file all at once.
    Admin panel.

    If you know of one thats reasonably cheap (under $100) or free please reccomend me :) Thanks:D
