Need an idea (we will pay)

My friend and I are trying to make money online. He is a profesional web designer and what we need is a good idea. If someone has an idea that:

- Never been done before
- Is better than other sites

Yes, wouldnt share an idea for a mer 15%.... plus what investment are you going to put into the advertising? If I could be bothered running the insurance website I had an idea for you are realistically going to have to have a multimillion dollar budget to get absolutely worth while share of voice
