Need an Icon Designed for a Forum

    On the homepage of my forum where each board has an icon where it shows if there's new posts or not - I need a new one. It will be red-orange if there are new posts. Like below

    Here is the icons I'm using now -
    New posts: Click here
    No new posts: Click here

    What I want is for the new icons to be very similar to the ones above (kind of shiny and the EXACT same colors. But I want it to be the red jewel you see in this image: http://www.fender.com.au/spa/images/parts/jewels.jpg (it's a guitar amp light)

    But I don't want it to look like the real jewel light, I want it to be in the detail of my current board icons (like a 3d cartoon or something). I need the red one. and I need the shaded out one. Look at the current icons so you can match the colors.

    See what you can do and show me an example! let me know your prices :]
