Need an HTML/CSS coder

    I need an HTML/CSS coder for a new project. There are three pages, each slightly different. I have all the .psd files and will send them to the coder I pick. I only pay via PayPal and prefer coders with at least five positive itrader ratings. PM me if you are interested.
