Need an expert to set Worldpay payment page in Wordpress

    I need someone to help me with setting up an Worldpay payment page in my Wordpress site. Basically a very simple payment page option like this freightagency ( . ) com/payments/. Only addition would be I will add 3.5% surcharge with each amount.

    Need to get this done ASAP.
