Buying Need an Expert PHP Programmer to Start ASAP

    I am looking for a PHP Expert to integrate a fully coded design into our PHP script

    The design is already coded in HTML and the CSS is already done

    We have already integrated the header and footer and the the middle section needs doing

    I need this completed in the next 15 hours - Please dont ask if you cant meet the timeframe
