Buying Need an expert on C++, who can solve simple algorithmic problems in a short time

    I am looking for someone who can code in C++ and are good with algorithmic problems. You must be able to do it fast (10 minutes?)

    You will be given $10 via PayPal for this simple and short algorithmic problem. It should not take more than 10 minutes.
