Need an expert for automatic-blog(php+curl) but from korean!!

    I need an automatic blog system getting source from
    some korean websites.(title+some words+pictures)
    and post on korean blog(not wordpress, blogger like that).
    should run automatic on cron job.
    need further support whenever they change the input code(when program doesnt work).

    no worries my first language is korean so I can teach you:D
