Hello, I have a partially designed website ( autoink.ca ) that I am looking to finish, and greatly improve. I need it to be a very modern site, fast, and simple to use. I need a sophisticated Application form, very modern, very fresh. Needs to be very fast loading as well. On the form, people will fill out basic details, upload pictures, and have it all stored in an sql database. There's also other stuff to be done around the site.
