Buying Need an ecommerce website created

I need a programmer for an ecommerce website that I have a design created for. The programmer will have to know Flash, HTML and how to integrate a shopping cart (for 2 items only right now) into a PayPal ecommerce set-up.

I have the design ready in files for programming. I would be interested in discussing what your ecommerce solution might be and what it might cost to program? Also, I am looking to have this (phase1) completed within 2 weeks.

Also, I am willing to pay what is needed to get this project done - I am not looking for someone to create a $100 - $500 site, I want a professional high quality site. I will post images of the design comp that will be ready to program in just a bit.
