I need an eCommerce site made. It will be for selling World War 2 related items.

I need the following:
-Ease of adding/removing items and info for the site owner
-Ability to display partner sites on the front page
-I need this to be PayPal based if possible
-I need a working contact us page
-After the project is completed I want this site to be hosted somewhere
