We should have a forum for ebay on here, as many many people use it to conduct their business and we could share tips and tricks!
If its for discussion, i think a sub-forum can be made in the Underground or somewhere. Or just make a thread in the Underground for all ebay tips and discussion. And link it to your signature. I don't think Ebay needs a whole section.

Do you mean selling on eBay, or their affiliate program (eBay Partner Network)? I know Commission Junction no longer has anything to do with eBay, but it's still where most of the ePN discussion takes place - not that many people seem interested in ePN anymore. sounds like a good idea i use ebay quite a lot too and would be interested in some tips off more experienced sellers
It has been suggested before too , here's one thread about it. I would say post in the affiliate section, that's where it belongs.
