Need an easy 1 page template coded!

    Im a designer and sort of a coder, but I do not have the time or patience to code this template I made right now. All it is is a simple 1 page design. I need it to look the same on every browser. I see people all the time offering their services for $10 or $15 so where are you all at? Thanks.

    Does it require html and CSS knowledge only?
