Have you tried hostgator? I have one site that extensively streams flash videos to visitors. Although I recently received a letter from hostgator that my inodes (the number of files) are exceeding but not on my bandwidth consumption.

They also accept paypal.

 

I would allow it, But if its your own vidoes.

I think the question that Saaddy posted "is it going to be hosted on your account or embed linking?" and the comment from RWHost are bother very important considerations. See, if you host the videos and if you get a lot of traffic, there could be bandwidth concerns among other issues. If you embed them, your site isn't hosting them, and so you're not actually using any bandwidth for it.

Now for what RWHost mentioned, there are copyright issues that can arise with hosting the videos. Youtube for example has to deal with issues every day. Now if you simply embedded, RWHost probably wouldn't mind it since it wouldn't be your issue. Like if you embedded an illegal video that was on youtube, you wouldn't be responsible for it.
