Open Realty, then build a custom template and takes maybe a day or 2 to build a custom importer for your specific mls feed. I have coded several templates and importers for it. It's open source so no price tag.
Heres an example of a template I coded for it http://www.uphuntingland.com/
You can build listings thru the admin(has all the normal features you'd expect).
