    Hot Words? Good find mate. Just setup a site displaying "high paying keywords for adsense" , which has been and will remain a hot topic forever (till the day Google is alive).
    Some people actually sell the list of such keywords on their sites, so you have a chance to earn good money along with adsense ads.
