need an appraisal for gardenlistings.com (developed)

    I'm considering selling my website, www.gardenlistings.com I developed it last winter as a garden resource site and began monetizing it. Decent traffic and a pr4. Any thoughts?

    low xxx you can get approx with pr4
    also more will depend on the age of domain name and no of pages listed in search engines,
    check out more factors in stick threads in domain appraisal category.
