Hello, I am looking for a professional designer with experience who can design an animated smiley medal. The designer must create a medal which will contain the blue smiley face (see attached thumbnail). The designer must also match the animation of the other medals (the glistering or shine that you see). Details: 1. Keep the medal roughly the same size. Obviously it will require more width because of the wings but the height should be similar. 2. Create a medal that matches the other ones (see attached images). The color scheme must match or compliment the smiley face. 3. The animation (glistering) must be the same or very similar. I want the timing to be slightly off so that when I display them on the same page, they do not shine at the same time. 4. The finished image background MUST be clear. I also have the .AI & .EPS file of the smiley face and available upon request. I will only need the finished animated .GIF image once completed. I do not need Flash or any other format.
