Buying Need an animated gif (EQ Flashing Lights)

    I found an animated gif banner image that I like, but need to have my own version created so that I can use it without copyright issues.

    The sample, for inspiration is:

    The background should remain black. the width can be closer to 1000px. The image colors can be slightly different (but remain "bright"), and each individual colored bar can be slightly thicker in height/width.
    The speed can not be faster, so keep it the same or slightly slower.

    Let me know if you can do this, how much you would charge and how soon you can complete it. I pay via Paypal.
