Need an affiliate that will pay per sign up

I run a forum, and it's monetised primarily via google adsense... however, i'm looking for affiliate programs that will pay me for getting my members to sign up for offers. Any help would be gratefully recieved, since i'm new to affiliate(s) and such

 

What niche is it? I know a poker affiliate that pays $2 per sign up, but it'd be pretty usless for you if your forum is for teens for example.
