I own a couple recipe and cooking websites and am looking for an American, native-English writer to do some recipe rewrites/adaptations for me. I'll provide the recipes, you rewrite and adapt those recipes for me. The person I'm looking for is somebody who LOVES to cook, is very comfortable with US units of measurement, and knows just by looking at a recipe how to alter it to make it a bit better... without necessarily having to cook it! This is an easy project, but I'm really looking for the right person, with whom I'd like to establish a long-term relationship. But if you're not American (these recipes will be geared towards a strictly American audience), please don't reply, as I have a very specific kind of candidate in mind. Please reply with samples of cooking/food work you've done, or at least an idea of why you'd be an appropriate choice for this kind of work.
