Good morning from Sweden. I feel like lerning ajax, and as I see it learning-by-doing is the best way of learning. But in order to get on the right track I need some basic info. In a script (php) I do some very simple maintenance of mysql-tables. I use forms, and submit buttons execute the maintenance, and thats pretty slow and clumsy as you all know. What steps shall I take to change this procedure, so that complete reload of the page is avoided? I do not expect comlete code, just some hints from which I can start struggling. Looking forward! Best regards jea lund, sweden
Good evening from Russia ;-) I recommend u XAJAX if u use PHP. Very simple in use. Links: (google -> xajax) If u want to get info about AJAX... There are a lot of info on English (just google it ;-) or read in wikipedia, by the way, in wiki there are many examples - use ENGLISH wiki).
