Need Agreement not to contact my company's clients

I am working as a freelance web developer for a company in UAE.I am getting projects through them.but not signed any agreement.now they need an agreement ,bcs they think i will contact their clients directly .(but i don't want to contact their clients directly).so i wanna make agreement for them telling that i won't contact directly.Any helps
