What do you need for a CPU, disk space, network bandwidth, and connectivity speed? Your budget is good enough for the RAM you want, but depending on the other specs you want, that may or may not change. Have you considered getting a VPS instead? A VPS with high RAM allocation?
@Brad77 , your budget is quite enough to get fully managed dedicated server from any decent provider .What types of websites you have ? Visitors per month ? Any special requirements such as DDOS protection ? answers these queries and i will suggest some good dedicated server providers from US . Another imp point : Go with SSD drives if you serious about i/o performance and issues and have around 120-250 space req.

I already purchased a dedicated server from you, and it is really awesome - it is the best server I ever tried before. I am really satisfied with this server, and now I am wondering if I can use it also for my very big sites, with high traffic? Or I need to upgrade to this server, what you offered here?
have you considered hostgator..??? You might get a good deal from their black friday discount which is running now...

In general, if you run a business on the web, you will not want to take that kind of risk. Bad support and "down" times have a habit of occurring at the worse possible moments (such as during your peak ordering seasons).
