Need affiliate tracking script

    Hi, I am looking for some good affiliate tracking script.
    Can someone guide me.

    Is installing your own affiliate tracking software good for small-medium website. I do not expect more than 100 affiliates.
    Or
    Should I opt for other affiliate websites like CJ etc. to do my tracking ?

    My main purpose is to sell website membership for business networking.
