    Hi All,

first of all I'd like to say this is a great forum and it helped me a lot so far.

I'm Director of Marketing in an Internet company and I'm working now on a new project of guerrilla marketing which is based on affiliate programs.

To make a long story short I'm starting to get desperate with everything that has to do with finding this team. I've tried many things (banners, classified ads) but couldn't find the people I'm looking for.
Is there somekind of "classified" area for these masters? Should I place a banner in a forum?

These affiliate experts must know internet marketing, web PR, and have basic technical abilities.

another issue is the compensation to the team. I'm willing to pay really good money but I don't want to make mistakes (by offering too little). Is there any "normal" payment for such teams? how much are they to earn every week?

I'd appreciate every advise you can spare me, tnx a lot!:)

Most people on this forum will be in your target demographic. What exactly are you wanting people to do?

Really great marketers already earn loads so be prepared to pay for experts.

Yep, most guys here fit into those categories.
Pay depends on the exact brief, though for a good SEO expect to pay well.

    tnx guys!

As far as I know there are two ways to compensate guerrilla marketers:
    1. giving a onetime bonus for each success
    2. giving the possibility to accumulate revenue with as time passes (the long run).

I was thinking about the first possibility. I though about paying 50-300 USD to an employee for each success. This success will be acomplished by several e-mails (nothing big). I just need the right people.

    Does this makes sense?

It's difficult to tell without knowing what you're planning. I think you'll find it difficult to get a good SEO though without paying upfront.

I think you're talking about affiliate marketing (correct me if I'm wrong) which is a lot different.
