I am a student and i am new here~ I am setting up a newly develop website intended to compete with one of the largest hiv home testing website on the internet right now, i don't understand how he can have so many (high ranking) website in different google/yahoo engine, including the following 3: http://www.hiv-tests.eu/ http://www.hometest-jp.com/ http://www.hiv-tests.us/ he actually have website listed under over 20 countries with top 10 ranking, can anyone tell me how he can do this? is he buying Adwords from different countries? It is because i am setting up my international site too but i am lack of the knowledge, any sort of advise will help me thanks a lot!!!! Psychiolam
Honestly, it's not rocket science. Do a very thorough key word analysis. Don't just guess, do the actual research on competition and 'exact' global searches. Next, apply on page optimization. make sure to cover as many on page optimization factors as possible. Finally, start link building. any compeditive serp is going to require dozens, if not hundreds of one way backlinks from high quality, relevant sites with strong PR.
