Guys,I was register domain name with name yahoo on it,and a few days ago I got email from Domains By Proxy, Inc. regarding trademark infringement. And then I reply their email and ask what must to do?

One day later I have answer from Domains By Proxy, Inc. that let me know to email directly Complainant information at Yahoo! IP Enforcement ( I am not emailed them yet).

    This domain registered at godaddy.

Weird thing that I found from this case is godaddy have been charged my card for $20.

Confirmation email from godaddy after charged my card
And then I send email to customer support godaddy regarding cost above, but they only reply:

So what must must to do guys to have my domain still exist (if possible) and get back my 20 buck.

Is possible I get back register fee if Yahoo take the domain name?

Honestly the domain never used or published,it just parked on godaddy.

Hope anybody here can give legal advise about it.

Incidentally I've written in my blog about Go Daddy charging a fee for certain
cases. Yours is one of them.

In this case, Go Daddy received a notice for a filed domain name - trademark
infringement dispute and charged $29 to your card on file. The only time they
will supposedly refund it is if they receive notice you won the dispute.

One can argue Go Daddy's terms of their registration agreement. But you still
agree to them the moment you checked that box beside "I have read the legal
fine prints and agree to its terms" or something like that.

And if you're thinking of disputing the charge, then expect your other domain
name accounts with Go Daddy to be locked up. Registrars treat chargebacks
as fraud for whatever reason, and will block any accounts whose first and last
name matches that of the card in question.

I seriously doubt you'll get that $29 back since your dispute is a no-brainer. I
suggest you simply hand over the domain name to Yahoo and take this as a
lesson learned, unless you're willing to risk fighting it.

Sad to say, there is no favorable solution for you. And you're not getting free
legal advice in a forum composed mostly of non-lawyers like me.

I agree with Dave. It's in their TOS, which you agreed to. Your best bet is to delete the domain and move on. Or transfer all your domains out of GoDaddy and do a chargeback for the $29. Either way, next time don't register TM infringing domains.
