Need advise about PayPal?

    Hello,I live in pakistan and paypal is not available here..Is this possible that I signed up with my dubai address n enter my visa credit card no of pakistan ? I mean pakistani visa credit card will capable with dubai address ??? do paypal accepts it ??

    I think they do more to get your location than just read what's in your account profile.

    You might be able to pull through your account verification by this method but I do no think it is advisable to do so.

    You may face problem in future on account limitation and when PP asks for CC statements to verify your individuality.

    I would not recommend you to do it. Anyhow, paypal will catch you soon and you will face lot of trouble. Your country is also blacklisted by them. So not at all advisable. They will not limit your account. They will BAN is straight away.

    I agree. It is not advisable to do so. PayPal is quick at 'limiting accounts' .
    btw I wrote an article on PayPal tips sometime back. Basically its more about my experiences with it. It might be of interest to you.

    indeed and sometimes happens when you needed the moust, and the support aplicatioan will take ages to pe resolved so...you can say that PayPal have great expectations from his users

    Yes you can.
    But PP will conduct routine check.
    If they found out that your login IP is not from dubai,then your account will be in trouble.

    If you create account using Dubai location no problem Account successfully created but after sometime paypal will trace you from ip address & then Limited your account access
