    You are lucky that you are getting traffic , you need to increase your CTR, alot of information is available on increasing the CTR

    I think that you should not think to much on ad placement, because your traffic knows about adsense and will not pay to much attention to it. Put only one adsense ad per page and just sell the rest of the banner strait to the people.
