First, if you are starting a blog to get rich, forget it! Most blog owners make very little money. Some bloggers are successful and some fall in between. The key is not to chase the next big thing. Finding a niche is not something you ask others about. You need to find something that you have experience in, enjoy, and have enough to write about. I wrote an article on my blog (the one on the recent blog by my name) about finding the right niche. I suggest you read it and there are many other articles to get you started.
