Need Advice!

    Well, my friend who lives off the internet, he is unemployed but he works online. He earns about 3,000$ a month. All payments are made to PayPal for him and then he checks it out. Well, his PayPal got limited and they want all the proofs. He provided all proofs of address etc. But it's been 18 days and yet no reply... What should he do?

    He should check the resolution center out and see what the current status is and give PayPal a call.

    He rang up PayPal a couple of days back, and they said it has infact been resolved, but it hasn't been.. :S
