You may want to buy Adwords promoting your site or try to get a SEO to place your keywords near the top of Google. Adsense is not for promotion, it is for earning money helping others to promote.
I would suggest to do good SEO that will help you to get good search results and obviously the PR will too help you in promoting this service coz your current PR is 0 this could be a drawback.
SEO this, SEO that, SEO SEO SEO...ugh! Check out johnchow.com and shoemoney.com to get ideas for ads. You may or may not like them, but they are pretty good at maxing a site out for ads. For gettng advertisers, simply check out other sites to contact their advertisers. Also look into advertising services that bridge advertisers with Webmasters, like casalemedia.com Adsense doesn't perform as well as it use to because they are so damn boring and all too typical. They still work, but not as well now. Go for more appealing, interesting ads. E-cards, smileys, and ringtones have seemingly fun, happening ads. Keep your ads centered in the middle of the page, and in between the articles, or whatever that is there, because our vision is more focused there. Most of the time our vision is centered, and going down the page. Put many of your ads at the bottom of the page as this is where our eyes stop. To bring in more hits...ADVERTISE! As for your site...there is nothing there, man. What, one article? Put in more stuff, and put your navigation down on the bottom. Again, because that is where our eyes stop. Or, put a duplicate there.
