    hi all,

    i'm mohamed fro egypt i've many Dealings here & on the internet .

    most of people here's deal by paypal and paypal isn't available in egypt

    i want to make an indian paypal account and varify it with VCC .

    is it good ?

    or what do you advice me ?

    I would suggest "No"
    If you make an Indian Verified account, and you are an Egypt citizen, then Paypal will catch you by the Egypt IP you will be using. So you will get banned as soon as Paypal suspects it.

    So I would suggest to wait for Paypal to come to Egypt.

    Also I guess it is dificult for people in India to become a merchant account or any paypal similar option.

    Get away from Paypal unless you're legally eligible for it. Till then, stick with Moneybookers or e-gold.
