    Hello all,

    I am new to programming and but I would like to learn it. I'd like to create a website similar to this one, not necessarily the content but the menus and navigation system:

    www.cuevana.tv

    It seems everything loads on the same page and no tedious loading time.

    What is the programming language / program used to make such a website and where can we start?

    Learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Then come back when you're good at those and ask the question. But you won't need to.

    There are many different types of language are used for making a website. I use PHP and for that i learned c,c++. With PHP you need to learn css, javascript and HTML.
