    As long as you don't get traffic & link from illegal sites or restricted sites defined in the policy, you promote your blog any other ethical ways/

    Hi maika , you mean you want to post in dp forums. You should not post in any forums. You can read in TOS. You can use your sites as your signature and participate in discussions relevant to your sites. So that you can get more relevant visitors to your site and your site will be well known by people.
