    Not all porn sites are legal.

    But there is no money in porn. The tube sites are taking all the traffic.

    I suggest to consult a lawyer in person before continuing with your adult website business to make it legal.Then build your adult website and make sure that you have the necessary disclaimer in place on the home page.

    It also depends upon your country. Some countries doesn't allow income from porn and gambling sites. So you need to check with your local authorities.

    to make money from such sites,you can use adult cpa offers or ads.

    child porn is illegal everywhere.
