    Educational establishments are listed within their localities. (The website says Dehi but that might be a typo.)

    If it's part of a University or College, it can also be listed within Reference/Education/Colleges_and_Universities/Asia/India.

    I seriously doubt you'll get an editor to provide you with a review. Why not just submit it? If it's good enough, it'll get added (eventually), if not, it won't.
