    www.collabstation.com like my name ;)

lay it on me. I know its noobish

where in these forums should I take my site? I would like to offer people to start blogs where they can find other people to assist with the blog. Since I have it set up to allow multiple users to edit one blog it makes it easier to maintain and also to use in the form of "project centers" This then makes the users able to work together using the blog privately or in public to keep teams updated. I want to then have a page with resources for their projects to go along with the forums. The website will be my project and I am looking for team players who are trustworthy enough to accept responsibilities which then can be paying positions once the site has enough traffic. I need very advanced coders to make services available and take off from there.

    much right?

Add a good "preloader" so that people understand something is going on while the site loads.

Indeed, I have no idea what is your site about even I reached the forum until I have to read it. Add a description to your title will helps!

I agree with what has been said thus far, the site is well designed but
you do not tell your visitors what the site is about. Maybe you should
have some text on the main page explaining the purpose of the site
or create an about us page for it.
