You need to start putting your name out. Start link exchanges with other website related to your niche. (If interested i can put your link on my classifieds website). You can also def place some more ad and better placed. At first site, i only saw the one ad and it not really placed well. You can try placing one more banner at the top and
Change your adsense link color to blue. Drive more traffic to your site by writing and submitting articles, press release etc.

Nice Blog, my tip would be Mess Around with the color of the adsense ads, you may be surprised at what happens. I switched from the standard blue and went with a color that did not stand out, but I can say I never had luck with Black Text Adsense. By the way, You should have a privacy policy, they are real easy with the wordpress plug-in, and Google will eventually look at your website for compliance. Trust me on this one
your traffic is not growing for which your adsense income is not growing either. focus on growing your traffic which will increase adsense revenue as well. identify 3-4 major keywords for your site and do some link building with the keywords in anchor text. over time your site will rank for those keywords which will bring you more traffic and revenue. more competitive the keywords are, more backlinks you will need
awesome site, but IMHO, ur site is loading pretty slow as well.. maybe changing to good hosting might help. and do not show the total readers before u reach triple digits, so that people might consider subscribing ur site more, since now, people know it's not much readers and already discount ur site information.. first impression is important. sign up with more referral programs, u can find it in referral section on DP, and use 125x125 ads placement, you can download wordpress plugins for 125ads too.. moreover, u can add up to 3 adsense, now i can find only 1, maybe one more in posts or third column on the right.. u have 10 posts per page, please reduce to 5 posts per page and maybe u just insert ur google adsense in the first 3 posts.. so that u will always keep ur adsense visibility when readers scroll down.. also 5 posts will let you load less photos and it will increase your site loading time. also u can setup feedburner adsense integration and perhaps youtube adsense integration if u have some videos of your own.. that will increase the income... also add tell-a-friend script or sociable scripts as plug-ins, so when someone likes it and want to bookmark it, your site can get more exposure.. good luck
Well, it seems that you have good traffic to your blog. How about using different ad units and try with different placement? So far I can only see 1 ad unit located on top of the page and nowhere else.
