Need advice - what CMS for me

I need some advice on what sort of CMS/setup will best handle what I'm going to try to do. These are my core requirements:
    - easy to use
    - must allow for posting of articles that are searchable (like a library)
    - must be able to incorporate a sign up form
    - need to incorporate a blog (probably wordpress)
    - need to incorporate a forum

I'm relatively comfortable with using wordpress, but do not have much background when it comes to anything else.

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

I've actually been weighing up whether it would be possible to do what I want using wordpress for the static site as well?

Joomla! is always a popular option. Im sure there are plugins for your requests. Good luck.

Just thinking about it some more, I would like users to be able to submit content, but that would have to go through an approval process.

Joomla can handle the submissions and sign up. there is a free forum for it but the blogging component is a licensed plugin (on the basis that you want people to be able to leave comments).

i would go for joomla too - i think joomla improved a lot in last 12 months, it has huge community and good support forum/s + loads of extensions and addons - you can even include your wordpress blog within it...

If I can incorporate a wordpress blog within it as well as a phpBB forum then I think that is the one for me.
