Need Advice. Want to run Ad Network company

Hi;
I want to run Ad Network company for my local
friends.

I'm thinking of CPM based.

I've blog networks that ready to publish my ads, and get paid per CPM
they deliver.

But my problem currently are :
1. I wonder what script to use
2. Is this a good idea, since I'm competing again Adsense and 3 other company
that run the kind of company.


Need some idea here........

It turns out what the problem also becomes my problem.

 

Thats a probably good idea I guess but study the statistics and figures first . Be good at math if you really want to see showers of coins shortly.

 

In all reality, you're competing with wayyyy more than 3 other companies. Unless you have a revolutionary idea, or a way to do CPM ads better (higher payouts, etc) -- I'd steer clear of this business. It's going to be a horrible time sink. This is mostly because of the answer to your first question (the script you would need isn't one which is really turnkey). If it was, everyone and their mother would "run an ad network."

 

I think this is a good idea.

 

It's a great idea, especially if you have
a) a lot of websites
b) a really popular website

But your friends may dessert you unless they get the same as adsense so I would pay them more for being a starting member (maybe 70-80%). Plus they are your friends.
