Hi, I have just registered a new domain and begin creat content. Could you plz give me some advice and tips about not be sandboxed by google? Like how many posts (I create the artciles myself, so about 2 articles per day) or backlinks per day, and when could submit to link directory or rss directory, how many articles should i submit to ezinearticle, etc... Need some advice now, thanks
Sandbox may not be there but penalty definitely dose. You must not practice following two things... >> Link building program like link exchange. >> Publish duplicate content (it includes articles from article directories) (Again don't exchange link-exchange it will surely peril your site I have experienced it) Directory submission is great if the directories are of good quality. rss directory is also great and harmless. You can publish as many articles as you can as long as the content is coming out of your mind. More you publish more you will get there is no limitation.
The issue of the "sandbox" is open to debate but when I start a new site, I put a home page up as soon as possible. Set up Webmaster Tools and submit a XML Sitemap. Then I start the design. If it takes you 2 months to finish it, then you are two months ahead. But to keep the debate going on the Sandbox, for the first 6 to 8 months, google puts new sites in a hole (negative reprutation).
Follow Google's ToS. As a previous poster said avoid link exchanges, and paying for links. The thing that Google doesn't like is when people pay money for PageRank, so avoid offers like that. You can build quite a number of links every day safely if they are high quality links. Using some kind of software to generate 200-300 links to your site every day will raise red flags, so instead use various manual SEO techniques like article submission, forums etc. to generate 6-8 good links per day. Even as a new site you can move up the rankings pretty quickly this way without risk of being penalized.
