I've heard of a lot of advertisers on adwords getting 2% or 2.5% sales from their landing pages. Right now I'm only getting about 1%. So could you look at this page and some of my product reviews and give me any suggestions you have as to why so many people are leaving the site and not buying. http://www.best-stock-trading-systems.com/stock_trading_systems.html Thanks, Jeff
There is nothing engaging on your site. Also, you'd have to draw me a map to find what it is you're selling. You need a copywriter and marketing consultant to completely revamp your sales machine.
You need a strong call to action. Basically make your site dummy proof. Whatever the user came to that site for has to hit them in the face.
Ummmm - what are you selling? I spent several minutes clicking links and couldn't see anything for sale, and I'm pretty clued up. What exactly is joe public supposed to buy?
May I suggest that you doble check this page for Adsense TOS violations? Your google ads are right under two pictures. I am not sure though it is a violation of G. TOS. http://www.best-stock-trading-systems.com/marketclub_review.html
The links within my content are links to affiliate products. So if someone clicks on them and goes to that site and buys their product, they pay me a commission. However, my main sales area is found by clicking the link at the bottom on pages like this: http://www.best-stock-trading-systems.com/Day_Trading_Strategies.html where it says "Have a look at our ratings page and top picks for best stock trading system here." The links above that one are links to affiliate products. For example, if you view the video, at the end, it takes you to a sales page, where they can buy the product. Should I delete all of these video links on my site since it is a $300 product and send them to the MarketClub Review Page instead? Or since that product is #1 on my list of trading systems, just always include the link to the system rankings: http://www.best-stock-trading-systems.com/stock_trading_systems.html Also, this systems rankings page can be found by clicking on the best systems tab on my nav bar. Do you think I should move that tab up so it is at the top above the trading stocks tab? The reason that I wanted to make it take a little work to get to the systems page is because I wanted people to read some of the content on the site to trust me a bit first before asking them to think of buying a product. Is that not a good strategy? Do you see anything wrong with my whole sales area which includes the sales pages: http://www.best-stock-trading-systems.com/stock_trading_systems.html and all of the links at the bottom which are other rankings of sytems? Now that you know what I'm selling, what do you think are the reasons that people are not buying? What other overall suggestions do you have for the site? Thanks a lot, Jeff
Still jeff... you're breaking rule 1 from copywriting 101... no links on the page that's supposed to be selling. The reader can not have an opportunity to be distracted. The only link on a sales page needs to be the "buy" button... period.
