need advice to improve my new website's traffic

    hi fellas,
    It has been 2 months my website is online, but the traffic is still very low or almost not traffic except those spammers, so i am asking some advices to improve my new website traffic, is my SEO setting ok? is there anything i can do better?
    And google webmaster tool shows 250ms average time downloading page, is this too high?
    my website called tdever.com, please feel free to give your advice.

    You need to optimize your website, select some keywords that you need to target, optimize each page according to that. Onpage optimization is very needful before going for Off page techniques. You can also promote your site using different Social Media platforms.

    You can join communities in facebook that are interested in your same niche. All you need to do is provide good value to the community that hangs out there.

    Once they start noticing you, they will start checking your site out.
